Drizzle some olive oil or butter in the pasta pot and put it on the oven, then add some minced garlic and oregano powder. Then add the diced vegetables and sauté a little. If you want a more creamy texture, then you can add some shard cheddars. 

After that, wait for the vegetables and sauce to boil properly. Once that is done, add a little bit more water and add the raw pasta and close the lid after shimming the flame. Remember, in this case, use shorter pasts noodles like penne. You can also add a mixture of noodles with the same boiling time. After closing the lid, stir occasionally. In six to eight minutes max, your pasta will be ready, and the pasta broth mixed with white sauce will make it thicker and creamier.
