The most easiest pasta dish is pasta and broccoli. It is healthy as it has broccoli, which is one of the healthiest vegetables and all-wheat pasta that has all the carbohydrates required in one meal. Everyone loves pasta, whether it’s a family or students living in a hostel. Also, pasta is easy to make. Therefore, this is why this dish is famous amongst the masses.
Pasta is the main course meal, and various methods cook it. Therefore, either it can be baked, or we can make it on a gas stove. Although the making criteria are not complicated in any way, cooked pasta and broccoli are healthy than the other one. Hence, below described is the making of the easiest pasta and broccoli.
Ingredients Need To Make Pasta And Broccoli
- We firstly require 200 grams of all wheat pasta as our essential ingredient.
- The second necessary ingredient is 100 grams of fresh broccoli. Although we require cleaning it before we use it. Also, we need to cut off the stems
- Hence, we need six cloves of garlic. Also, we need to chop it into small pieces.
- Fourthly, we need two tablespoons of olive oil to cook pasta.
- The main ingredient is 50 to 70 grams of parmesan, mozzarella cheese to make it tastier.
- Hence, to add more taste, we require a pinch of rock salt, 5 grams freshly beaten black pepper too.
- Also, we can add oregano and chili flakes if required.
- To make pasta more healthy, one can add fresh mushrooms, bell pepper, and other vegetables too. (Optional)
How To Cook Pasta
- The first step is to boil pasta in 200 grams of water on medium-high flame. Thus, we need to boil the pasta for 10 minutes. Also, we require to add a pinch of salt and ½ tablespoon oil. Adding salt will avoid the sticking in of pasta.
- On the other hand, we need to broccoli for 10 minutes too. Though, we will not drain the water of broccoli and will save it for the further cooking procedure.
- The foremost step is to take a pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil in it. Hence, after the pan is heated, crush the garlic cloves and cook it in a pan.
- Now, we will put the boiled broccoli in pan and will cook it for 2 minutes.
- Hence, now we can put our boiled and drained pasta in a pan and mix the pasta and broccoli from soft hands for 1 minute.
- It’s time to add the boiled broccoli water in the pan and let the pasta cook.
- While the pasta is being cooked, we may add salt, black pepper, and the optional ingredients according to personal taste.
- Thus, now cover the lid and let the pasta cook for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid, and you will find that the water is evaporated and cooked pasta.
- Now, grate all the cheese on pasta and mix it.
