Gigi Hadid is considered the founder of the Gioia Italian Kitchen. This may be an overstatement, but the Gioia Italian Kitchen certainly helped revolutionize the way we prepare Italian foods. Gigi’s husband, Mario, who cooked most of the dishes, designed the equipment that is now at Gioia. The equipment includes a variety of electric stirrers, ladles, tubes, thermometers, knives, cheesecloth, and a variety of other pasta tools.
