Ingredients Required For The Creamy Italian Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise (110 grams)

1/4 cup milk (57.5 ml)

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (29.8 ml)

3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 clove garlic crushed

A pinch of salt and pepper

Vegetables You Will Need To Make This Salad Delectable

10-15 cherry tomatoes halved

10-15 mini mozzarella balls halved (or a large cubed)

3 strips grilled zucchini

1 carrot julienned

1/2 avocado sliced

fresh basil

3 cups cooked pasta (better if they are bow ties or you can go for any one you like)

Preparing The Creamy Italian Dressing

Mix all the ingredients we have listed down for the dressing in a large glass jar and shake them well. Make sure that all the ingredients have mixed with each other while shaking. You can also put them all in a blender and mix them, but while you are doing this, remember, you are not making a paste, you are just mixing them.

Once done, refrigerate the mixture for at least thirty minutes. This allows the flavors some time to mix and blend well.

While you are refrigerating the dressing mix, cook the pasta in boiling water till they have become soft. Once done, drain and rinse it with cold water to make sure they do not stick to each other.

Combining The Dressing And The Pasta To Prepare The Meal

Take a large bowl and add the cooked pasta, sliced vegetables, tomatoes, mozzarella and the creamy dressing and combine them well. Leave it aside for a few minutes for the pasta to absorb the flavor and thus taste better.

Top it off with fresh basil and serve.
